摘  要:通过分析阀体铸件的缩松、夹渣、气孔缺陷产生原因,从冒口补缩、充型过程、浇注系统三方面优化铸造工艺,并采用凝固模拟软件对改进后工艺进行模拟验证;结果显示方案可行,试制铸件RT检测未发现超标缺陷,内在质量满足验收标准。By analyzing the causes of shrinkage,slag inclusion and porosity defects of valve body castings,the casting process was optimized from three aspects of filling,filling process and pouring system,and the solidification simulation software was used to simulate and verify the improved process.The results show that the scheme is feasible.RT test of the trial-made castings did not find out-of-standard defects,and the intrinsic quality met the acceptance standards.
