摘  要:针对工程机械转向桥铸件易出现缩孔缩松缺陷的现象,结合砂型铸造实际生产条件,设计了正交模拟实验,采用华铸CAE模拟软件对转向桥铸件的充型凝固过程及缩孔缩松形成过程进行了数值模拟。基于模拟结果,预测了转向桥铸件中存在的缩孔缩松缺陷部位及缩孔缩松总体积,并对关键工艺参数进行了敏感度分析,为铸造生产与工艺优化提供指导。Aiming at the phenomenon of shrinkage and porosity defects in steering bridge castings of construction machinery,the orthogonal simulation experiment was designed in combination with the actual production conditions of sand mold casting,the filling and solidification process and shrinkage and porosity formation process of steering bridge castings were numerically simulated by CAE simulation software of Hua Zhu.Based on the simulation results,the defect locations and the total volume of shrinkage and porosity in the steering bridge castings were predicted,the sensitivity analysis of the key process parameters was carried out to provide guidance for foundry production and process optimization.
