摘 要:结合轴承座上半部分的功能、材料与结构特点,对其铸造工艺及其生产过程进行了分析,提出了可行的铸造工艺方案。方案考虑了零件的使用情况及服役环境,采用底注式浇注系统。通过ProCAST软件对该铸件进行了浇注过程及冷却的模拟分析计算,根据结果对缺陷部位产生的原因进行分析,然后依据顺序凝固原则设计2个保温冒口与7块冷铁对初始方案进行了优化。优化后的铸造方案可减少铸件中存在的缺陷数量及尺寸大小,为工艺实践提供理论支撑。Based on the function,material and structural characteristics of the upper part of the bearing block,the foundry technology and production process were analyzed,and a feasible scheme of foundry technology was proposed.The scheme fully considers the use of this part and service environment,combined with the characteristics of economy and high efficiency in actual production,the bottom gating system was adopted.ProCAST software was used to simulate the pouring process and cooling of the casting.According to the results,the causes of defects were analyzed.Two insulation risers and seven chills were designed according to the principle of progressive solidification to optimize the initial scheme.The optimized scheme improved the temperature distribution in the solidification process,reduced the number and size of defects in the casting,provided a theoretical basis for the casting method practice.
