摘 要:以一款变速箱壳体砂型铸造工艺开发为研究对象,基于产品技术要求设计了初始铸造工艺方案,运用华铸CAE模拟仿真软件对铸件充型、凝固过程进行模拟分析,模拟结果显示初步方案铸件存在缩孔、缩松及气孔等缺陷;通过在气孔缺陷位置附近增加溢流冒口、提高浇注温度等改善措施,对优化后的铸造工艺进行模拟分析确定最优方案,生产验证消除了孔洞缺陷,有效缩短了试制周期,提高了铸件质量。Based on the technical requirements of the product,the initial casting process plan was designed,and the filling and solidification process of the casting was simulated and analyzed by Huazhu CAE simulation software.The simulation results showed that there were defects such as shrinkage,porosity and porosity in the casting of the preliminary casting plan.Through the improvement measures such as increasing the overflow spout near the porosity defect location and increasing the pouring temperature,the optimized casting process was simulated and analyzed to determine the optimal plan.The production verification eliminated the shrinkage hole and other defects,effectively shortened the trial production cycle and improved the casting quality.
