真如院22吨大铜钟的铸造实践

摘　　要：采用粘土砂、树脂砂、失蜡法等多种造型工艺和反射炉二次重熔熔炼工艺铸造真如院大铜钟;为改善铜钟声响,在锡青铜内加入了5.3 kg黄金。生产实践表明:22 t真如院大铜钟内外27927个汉字铭文无一缺损,铜钟钟声明亮、浑厚。Using clay sand,resin sand,lost wax method and other molding technology and reverberatory furnace remelting process casting Zhenru Yuanda copper bell.To improve the sound of the bell,5.3 kg of gold was added to the tin bronze.The production practice shows that there are no defects in the 27927 Chinese inscriptions inside and outside the 22 t Zhenruyuan bronze bell,and the bell is bright and thick.
