摘　　要：介绍郭裕教授运用“鼻三针”联合水针疗法治鼻鼽的经验。该疗法主要以针刺印堂穴、鼻通穴(双)、迎香穴(双)联合天突穴水针疗法治疗鼻鼽,可明显改善患者的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕和鼻塞等症状,同时预防其复发。本文列举典型鼻鼽医案,以飨同道。This paper introduces Professor Guo Yu's experience in treating allergic rhinitis with acupuncture at three nasal acupoints combined with acupoint injection.The therapy consists of acupuncture at Yintang(EX-HN3),Shangyingxiang(EX-HN8),and Yingxiang(LI20) plus acupoint injection at Tiantu(CV22).The combination can significantly mitigate nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,and nasal obstruction and prevent recurrence.This article reported 1 typical case of allergic rhinitis treated with this therapy,aiming to share the treatment experience with peers.
