摘　　要：气机升降出入是维持人体正常生理活动的基础,一旦气机升降异常,人体就会表现出多种复杂的临床症状,通过调节人体的气机,可以治疗多种疾病。本文探讨了气机升降理论在临床的应用,并结合5则临床验案就气机升降理论在临床治疗中的应用进行了展示。The ascending and descending of Qi movement are the basis of maintaining normal physiological activities of the human body.Once the ascending and descending of Qi movement are abnormal,the human body will show a variety of complex clinical symptoms.By regulating the Qi movement of the human body,a variety of diseases can be treated.This paper discusses the clinical application of the ascending and descending theories of Qi movement and shows the application of the ascending and descending theories of Qi movement in clinical treatment based on five clinical cases.
