中药穴位贴敷联合厚朴温中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨采用中药穴位贴敷联合厚朴温中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年12月射洪市中医院接诊的脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者64例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中药穴位贴敷联合厚朴温中汤加减治疗,两组均治疗14 d。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医证候评分、世界卫生组织生活质量简明量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分及不良反应。结果 观察组临床总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(68.75%,P <0.01)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05,P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01);两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01);两组WHOQOL-BREF评分均较治疗前升高(P <0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P <0.01);观察组不良反应发生率(3.13%)低于对照组(15.63%,P <0.01)。结论 采用中药穴位贴敷联合厚朴温中汤加减治疗,可缓解脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者的相关临床症状,不良反应少,可优化预后,促使其早日恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) acupoint application combined with modified Houpu Wenzhong Decoction in the treatment of patients with stomach pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 64 patients with stomach pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type admitted to Shehong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(32 cases) and an observation group(32 cases) using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with TCM acupoint application combined with modified Houpu Wenzhong Decoction.Both groups were treated for 14 days.After treatment,the clinical total effective rate,visual analogue scale(VAS) score,TCM syndrome score,brief quality of life scales by the World Health Organization(WHOQOL-BREF),and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.88%) was higher than that of the control group(68.75%,P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups were both higher after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.13%) was lower than that in the control group(15.63%,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of TCM acupoint application and modified Houpu Wenzhong Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with stomach pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,reduce adverse reactions,optimize prognosis,and promote early recovery,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
