基于气机理论浅谈针药结合治疗慢传输型便秘的临床应用

摘　　要：慢传输型便秘(STC)属于功能性胃肠病,中医认为其病机与气滞、血瘀、气阴两虚有关。气滞是气机失调的表现之一,可以引起脾胃枢机紊乱,从而导致STC。刘竺华主任医师从医三十余年,重视从“枢机”论治功能性胃肠病,擅长运用加减枳术益气汤治疗脾虚气滞型STC,且提倡外治法在该病治疗中的联合运用。在刘师的指导下,运用加减枳术益气汤配合针刺的针药结合法治疗STC,取得了可观的疗效。同时发现,从“枢机”着眼,运用针药结合法对其他类型功能性胃肠病的治疗有广泛应用前景。Slow transit constipation is a functional gastrointestinal disease.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pathogenesis of this disease is associated with qi stagnation,blood stasis,and qi-yin deficiency.Qi stagnation,one of the qi movement disorders,can cause spleen and stomach disorders,resulting in slow transit constipation.Chief physician Liu Zhuhua has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years.She attaches great importance to treating functional gastrointestinal diseases from the perspective of spleen and stomach.Particularly,she used modified Zhizhu Yiqi Decoction to treat slow transit constipation with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation and advocates the application of external treatment in the treatment of this disease.Under the guidance of Chief physician Liu,we combined acupuncture with medicine(modified Zhizhu Yiqi Decoction) to treat slow transit constipation and achieved satisfactory efficacy.Moreover,the combination of acupuncture with medicine has a promising prospect in the treatment of other functional gastrointestinal diseases.
