摘　　要：“消渴合并郁证”属于现代医学中“糖尿病合并抑郁症”范畴。近年来有研究表明,糖尿病合并抑郁症的发病率总体呈上升趋势,糖尿病患者罹患精神心理疾病的概率亦远高于非糖尿病人群,且二者之间可能存在着双向影响的关系。一方面抑郁症会影响糖尿病患者的血糖控制;另一方面,糖尿病血糖控制不佳、病情反复等问题又会加重抑郁和焦虑程度,究其根源则在于情志因素的影响。本文以中医基本的病因病机为切入点,探讨中医情志因素在消渴合并郁证发病过程中的重要地位,并从以情胜情、从肝论治、传统功法等方面阐述了中医情志疗法干预消渴合并郁证的积极作用,以期为临床相关疾病提供新的治疗思路与方向。Diabetes mellitus combined with depression falls into the category of modern medicine.In recent years,studies have shown that the incidence of diabetes mellitus combined with depression is on the rise,and patients with diabetes mellitus are more likely to suffer from mental and psychological illness than those without diabetes mellitus.In addition,there may be a two-way relationship between diabetes mellitus and depression.On the one hand,depression can affect the blood glucose of patients with diabetes mellitus,and on the other hand,diabetes can exacerbate depression and anxiety due to poor blood sugar control and recurrent diabetes.The root cause lies in the influence of emotional factors.Therefore,this paper takes the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine as the breakthrough point and discusses the role of emotional factors in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus combined with depression.Furthermore,this paper expounds on the positive effects of traditional Chinese emotional therapy in the intervention of diabetes mellitus with depression from the aspects of overcoming emotion,treating diseases from the liver,and traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide new treatment ideas and directions for clinically relevant diseases.
