中医调周法治疗女性痤疮的临床研究进展

摘　　要：调周法是中医针对女性月经周期不同阶段进行分期施治的理论方法,被广泛应用于月经病和妇科病的治疗中。女性痤疮患者症状常随月经呈现周期性变化,如痤疮经前加重、经后减轻,经前乳房胀痛、心情烦躁等,还可合并月经不调。中医认为,月经周期中的阴阳周期变化是女性经期痤疮加重的主要原因,因此多位医家应用调周法分期论治,顺应周期阴阳消长规律,临床取得不错的疗效。现将调周法在女性痤疮诊疗中的理论依据、临床用药经验以及临床研究现况汇总如下。Traditional Chinese Medicine menstrual cycle therapy is a method to give different treatment to female patients in different stages of menstrual cycle,and it is widely used in the treatment of menstrual diseases and gynecological diseases.Female patients with acne often have symptoms such as aggravation of premenstrual acne,irregular menstruation and premenstrual breast pain,so the treatment of regulating menstrual can achieve a good effect.The theory,experience and clinical trials of this method in the diagnosis and treatment of female acne are summarized as follows.
