摘  要:大学生思想政治教育工作对社会主义精神文明建设有着举足轻重的作用。高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。高校辅导员进行大学生思想政治教育工作“软管理”,能够有效提高思政教育工作的质量和效率,在潜移默化、润物无声中提高大学生的思想政治素养和思想道德水平。高校辅导员应坚持以人为本“软管理”,创新多维心理健康教育活动“软管理”,强化辅导员素质提升“软管理”,加强社会实践“软管理”,加强学生干部引领“软管理”,不断提升自身素质,不断丰富教育内容,不断改进教育方法,促进学生全面发展,提高人才培养质量。The ideological and political education work for college students plays a crucial role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.College counselors are the backbone force in carrying out ideological and political education work for college students,and are the organizers,implementers,and guides of daily ideological and political education and management work for college students.The"soft management"of college counselors'ideological and political education work for college students can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education work,and improve the ideological and political literacy and moral level of college students in a subtle and silent way.College counselors should adhere to people-oriented"soft management",innovate multidimensional psychological health education activities"soft management",strengthen counselor quality improvement"soft management",strengthen social practice"soft management",strengthen student cadres'leadership"soft management",continuously improve their own quality,enrich educational content,continuously improve educational methods,promote students'comprehensive development,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
