科技金融与科技创新协同发展分析--以长三角地区江浙皖三省为例

摘　　要：文章通过熵权法对长三角地区江浙皖三省2010—2020年的科技金融与科技创新的数据予以权重体系构建,并基于复合系统协同发展模型对二者的协同发展水平进行测算分析。结果表明,江浙皖三省科技金融与科技创新呈现协同发展,且整体呈现逐年上升趋势,但安徽省与浙江和江苏两省仍存在一定差距,主要体现在科技金融上,需要进一步提高协同水平。提出健全区域协作发展机制,加强三省自身优势推动共同发展的对策建议。The entropy weight method was used to construct the weight system of science and technology finance and technological innovation data in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces from 2010 to 2020 in the Yangtze River Delta region,and the collaborative development level of them was analyzed based on the composite system collaborative development model.According to the estimated results,science and technology finance and scientific and technological innovation in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces show coordinated development,and the overall trend is increasing year by year,but there is still a certain gap between Anhui Province and Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province,which is mainly reflected in science and technology finance,and the level of coordination needs to be further improved.A regional collaborative development mechanism is proposed to strengthen the advantages of three provinces to promote common development.
