摘　　要：近10年来,我国皮肤科新药研发进入快速发展轨道。在国家政策的支持下,近10年来,皮肤病相关新药研发越来越多,研发的新药以生物制剂特别是针对细胞因子的单克隆抗体和小分子靶向药为主,开展的Ⅱ/Ⅲ期临床试验达200多项,批准上市的新药也越来越多,这些都促进了皮肤病治疗学的发展。本文对近10年来皮肤科常见病银屑病、特应性皮炎、脱发等新药研发进展进行综述。During the past ten years,the research and development of new drugs for skin diseases have boomed.The new drugs including biologics and small molecules have rapidly developed and greatly improved the treatment of common inflammatory/immunological skin diseases.More than 200 clinical trials have been performed and many new drugs was approved in China,bringing the dermatological treatment to a new era.In this paper,recent progress was reviewed in new drug development on psoriasis,atopic dermatitis,alopecia areata and androgenetic alopecia in China.
