摘  要:某大型马铃薯收获机的机架强度不足、焊接点易于断裂.为提高机架可靠性,基于TRIZ理论对机架进行改进设计.首先,针对收获机工作时所存在的机架焊接点断裂问题进行了总结,利用TRIZ理论中的“冲突解决原理”对机架前段的方管连接薄弱部分进行了改进升级;其次,运用ANSYS18.0软件对机架进行了强度分析;最后,在强度分析的基础上,对改进前后的机架进行了疲劳分析.结果表明:改进后的机架设计合理,疲劳寿命为1×106次,最小安全系数大于1,能满足机架的疲劳要求.该研究结果对大型块茎类收获机机架的改进设计提供了参考.The frame of a large potato harvester has insufficient strength and the welding points on the frame are prone to fracture.To improve the reliability of the frame,this paper optimized the frame design based on TRIZ theory.Firstly,this study summarized the fracture problem of the welding point of the frame of the harvester,and improved the weak part of the square tube connection in the front section of the frame using the“conflict resolution”of TRIZ theory.Secondly,the strength of the rack was analyzed using ANSYS 18.0 software.Finally,based on the strength analysis,the fatigue analysis of the frame before and after the improvement was carried out.The results show that the improved frame design is reasonable and the fatigue life is 1×106 times,the minimum safety factor is greater than 1,which can meet the fatigue requirements of the frame.The result of this study provides a reference basis for the design of large tuber harvesters.
