摘  要:国内某钨选矿厂采用传统三段破碎+球磨工艺,针对选厂磨矿系统存在的磨矿效率低、生产波动大、磨机满负荷运转等问题,以及选厂规划产能提升的需求,拟采用增加高压辊磨超细碎作业对碎磨系统进行优化改造。在综合分析现场存在问题的基础上,重点分析高压辊磨优化碎磨工艺的主要思路、关键设计步骤和设计参数,包括高压辊磨超细碎参数的确定、高压辊磨设备选型、中细碎破碎机和筛分设备的工艺参数与运行工况调整,以及优化后选厂碎磨工艺运行状况与指标的预测和分析等。A tungsten concentrator in China adopted the traditional three-stage crushing+ball milling process.In response to the problem of low grinding efficiency,large production fluctuations,and full-load operation of the grinding system in the concentrator,as well as the need to increase the planned productivity of the concentrator,it was proposed to optimize the crushing and grinding system by adding ultra-fine crushing operations of the high pressure grinding roll(HPGR).On the basis of comprehensive analysis of existing problems on site,the main idea,key design steps,and design parameters for optimizing the crushing and grinding process of HPGR were analyzed,including the determination of ultra-fine crushing parameters of HPGR,the selection of HPGR equipment,the adjustment of process parameters and operating conditions of the medium and fine crusher and the screening equipment,as well as the prediction and analysis of the operation status and indicators of the crushing and grinding process in the optimized concentrator.
