标准化儿童哮喘门诊管理对患儿峰流速仪正确使用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化儿童哮喘门诊在提高患儿峰流速仪(PEF仪)使用率和规范率中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月我院标准化儿童哮喘门诊收治的110例6岁以上哮喘患儿为研究对象,通过标准化门诊流程及要求对其进行评估指导及远程随访管理。分别在儿童哮喘标准化门诊就诊前及就诊6个月后比较患儿PEF仪使用情况、复诊情况、用药正确情况及哮喘控制情况。结果110例哮喘患儿在标准化儿童哮喘门诊就诊6个月后,其PEF仪使用率由就诊前的18.18%提升至91.82%,且峰流速仪各个环节使用规范率明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿按时复诊率由33.63%上升为80.91%,药物使用规范率由17.27%上升为74.55%,哮喘控制良好状态的人数比例由58.18%上升为80.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化儿童哮喘门诊可以有效提高患儿PEF仪使用率及规范率,为患儿的自我监测及疾病管理提供保障,同时提高患儿按时复诊率及药物使用正确率,提高哮喘控制水平。Objective To explore the effect of standardized pediatric asthma outpatient services in improving the use rate and correct use rate of peak expiratory flow(PEF)meters in children with asthma.Methods A total of 110 children with asthma over 6 years old were selected who were admitted to our standardized pediatric asthma outpatient from June 2021 to June 2022.Then,they were evaluated,guided and managed by remote follow-up through standardized outpatient procedures and requirements.The use of PEF meters,the completion of return visits,correct medication and asthma control in children with asthma were compared before and 6 months after their standardized pediatric asthma outpatient visits.Results After 6-month treatment in the standardized pediatric asthma outpatient,the use rate of PEF meters in 110 children with asthma increased from 18.18%to 91.82%and the correct use rate of PEF meters in each link increased significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the return visit rate of children increased from 33.63%to 80.91%,the correct medication rate increased from 17.27%to 74.55%,and the proportion of children with well-controlled asthma increased from 58.18%to 80.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pediatric asthma outpatient services can improve the use rate and correct use rate of PEF meters in children with asthma,thereby providing a guarantee for their selfmonitoring and disease management,and also improve the timely return visit rate,correct medication rate and the level of asthma control.
