摘　　要：近年来,我国癌症的发病率和死亡率都呈现上升趋势,成为严重影响人民健康的重大公共卫生问题。文章介绍了铜陵市肿瘤医防融合模式的实践和探索,对工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出扩大筛查服务供给、提高筛查覆盖面、提高筛查服务能力、推广筛查适宜技术等建议,以期为我国城市肿瘤医防融合体系的优化、完善提供参考。With the increasing trend of the incidence rate and death rate of cancer in China in recent years,cancer has become a significant public health problem severely affecting people’s health in China.This paper mainly introduces the practice and exploration of the integration model of medical care and disease prevention of tumors in Tongling City,analyzes the problems in the tumor prevention and treatment,and puts forward sugges⁃tions such as expanding the supply of screening services,extending the screening coverage,improving the screen⁃ing service capabilities,and promoting screening technologies to provide reference for the optimization and im⁃provement of the urban integration system of medical care and disease prevention for tumors in China.
