摘　　要：雍正年间清朝与准噶尔部的战争爆发,乌兰察布盟盟长扎萨克多罗达尔罕卓里克图郡王阿喇布坦多尔济率兵出征,雍正十年(1732年)至乾隆元年(1736年)间,归化城土默特左翼旗都统丹津出任乌兰察布盟盟长。由盟外之人出任盟长,在清代历史上绝无仅有。丹津为归化城土默特左翼旗都统,也是上三旗正白旗蒙古人,作为雍正皇帝的奴仆,得到信任和重用。Danjin was the Commander(Gusa i janggi)of left wing Koke Qota Tumed Banner,he had been appointed as head of Ulayancab League,from the tenth year of Yongzheng to the first year of Qianlong,after Arabdandorji,the head of Ulayacab League,went on expedition when the war between Qing and Jungar during the Yongzheng years.There was no other example than this in history of Qing dynasty that an official outside the league was nominated to league head.Danjin was the Commander of the left wing banner of Koke Qota Tuimed,but he also belonged to Whole White Banner of eight Banners of Mongol,which was one of upper three Banners,directly subordinate to the Emperor.He was so trusted by the Emperor that he was put in such an important position as Banner Commander and head of Ulaancab Leager.
