摘  要:采用“二步聚合”法和纳米粒子沉积法相结合制备超疏水涂层,并通过调节涂层中纳米粒子含量调控涂层的结构和性能。结果表明:纳米粒子团聚使涂层表面呈微纳米多级粗糙结构,在满足应用要求的前提下,所得涂层接触角最大能达157.7°、滚动角仅为4°。该超疏水涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中表现出良好的耐蚀性能。The superhydrophobic coating was prepared by a combination of“two-step polymerization”and nanoparticle deposition method.The structure and properties of the coating were regulated by adjusting the content of nanoparticles in the coating.The results showed that the agglomeration of nanoparticles made the coating surface a micro-nano hierarchical rough structure.Under the premise of meeting the application requirements,the maximum contact angle of the obtained coating reached 157.7°,while the sliding angle was only 4°.The superhydrophobic coating exhibited good corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution.
