摘 要:为制备出对结晶紫(CV)废水高效去除的可再生吸附剂,以农林废弃物-玉米芯为原料,采用KOH活化法制备出密集的孔隙,相连似“葵花”状的玉米心炭。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段进行表征并探讨了所制备的玉米芯炭对CV的吸附机理。结果显示:0.5mol/L KOH活化4h制备玉米芯炭(700℃,2h)为石墨炭、孔隙丰富。考察了焙烧温度、pH、盐溶液种类和初始浓度等对CV吸附性能影响。结果表明:0.2g玉米芯炭(700℃,2h)对100mL 200mg/L CV的吸附容量为93.39mg/g。吸附符合准二级动力学过程,化学吸附为决速步。玉米芯炭吸附CV受多种机制共同作用:静电引力、氢键、π-π及填隙效应。In order to prepare a renewable adsorbent for the efficient removal of crystalline violet wastewater,corncob,an agricultural and forestry waste,was used as the raw material to produce a sunflower-like corncob charcoal with dense pores by KOH activation.The prepared corncob charcoal was characterized by infrared,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and its adsorption mechanism for CV was explored.The results showed that the corncob charcoal prepared by 0.5mol/L KOH activation for 4h(700℃,2h)was graphitic charcoal and rich in pores.The effects of roasting temperature,solution pH,salt solution type and initial solution concentration on the adsorption performance of CV were investigated.The results indicated that the adsorption capacity of 0.2g of corncob charcoal(700℃,2h)was 93.39mg/g for 100mL of 200mg/L CV.The adsorption conformed to a quasi-secondary kinetic process,with chemisorption as the decisive speed step.The adsorption of CV by corncob charcoal was subjected to a combination of mechanisms:electrostatic attraction,hydrogen bonding,π-πand gap-filling effects.
