摘 要:采用基于波导法的电磁参数测试系统测试了纳米碳纤维(CNFs)掺量为水泥质量0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的CNFs增强水泥基材料在1.7~2.6GHz频率范围内的介电常数,通过分析介电常数实部(ε′)、介电常数虚部(ε″)和介电损耗角正切(tanδe),研究了CNFs对水泥基材料介电损耗性能的影响。结果表明:随着CNFs掺量的增加,水泥基材料的ε′、ε″和tanδe不断增大,极化能力和介电损耗能力不断增强,介电损耗性能不断提高。CNFs的掺增加了杂水泥基材料中的纤维相,且纤维相的介电常数更大,故水泥基材料的介电常数增大。The dielectric constants of carbon nanofiber(CNFs)reinforced cement-based materials with CNFs content of 0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%and 0.20%were measured in the frequency range of 1.7~2.6GHz by electromagnetic parameter testing system based on waveguide method.The effects of CNFs on the dielectric loss performance of cement-based materials were studied by analyzing the real part of dielectric constant(ε′),the imaginary part of dielectric constant(ε″)and the dielectric loss tangent(tanδe).The results showed that theε′,ε″and tanδe of cement-based materials increased with the increase of CNFs content,and the polarization ability and dielectric loss ability of cement-based materials increased continuously.The addition of CNFs increased the fiber phase in cement-based materials,and the dielectric constant of fiber phase was larger,so the dielectric constant of cement-based materials increased.
