摘 要:为减少废塑料垃圾对环境的污染及垃圾处理时能源的消耗,解决市售温拌剂价格较高的问题,利用改性固体废渣飞灰催化裂解废旧线性低密度聚乙烯合成了聚乙烯蜡(PEW),以PEW作为温拌剂掺到基质沥青中制备了温拌沥青。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等对催化剂进行表征;通过沥青胶结料试验,考察了PEW对沥青常规性能、黏度、高温性能、黏附性的影响。结果表明:在裂解温度270℃、裂解时间45min条件下合成的PEW-4可以提高70#基质沥青的高温稳定性且降黏效果显著,用其制备的温拌沥青135℃时的黏度较基质沥青黏度降低33.3%,车辙因子较基质沥青提升大,64℃时车辙因子是基质沥青的3.15倍,表面自由能最高,与石灰岩的黏附功达到78.08mJ/m^(2)。In order to reduce the environmental pollution of waste plastic waste and the energy consumption of waste disposal,and solve the problem of high price of warm mixing agent in the market,polyethylene wax(PEW)was synthesized by catalytic cracking of waste linear low-density polyethylene with modified solid waste slag fly ash,and the warm mixing asphalt was further prepared by adding PEW to the matrix asphalt.The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The effects of PEW on the conventional properties,viscosity,high temperature properties and adhesion of asphalt were investigated through the test of asphalt binder.The results showed that PEW-4 synthesized under the conditions of cracking temperature 270℃and cracking time 45min could improve the high temperature stability of 70#matrix asphalt and reduce viscosity significantly.The viscosity of the warm mix asphalt prepared by PEW-4 was 33.3%lower than that of the matrix asphalt at 135℃,and the rut factor was 3.15 times higher than that of the matrix asphalt at 64℃.The highest surface free energy and adhesion work with limestone reached 78.08mJ/m^(2).
