摘  要:3D打印作为新型的制造技术,具有广阔的发展前景,其中成型材料是发展重点。木质纤维作为自然界中最常见的天然聚合物和植物资源的主要成分,具有多重优势,在生物基产品中具有巨大潜力。以半纤维素/木质素及其衍生物作为生物基原料用于3D打印,生产制造生物基3D打印产品,得到了高度关注。综述阐明基于半纤维素/木质素及其衍生物作为3D打印材料的最新进展综述,包括植物纤维基原料在3D打印中的作用和功能,同时论述了发展过程中存在的挑战和问题,并描述了其前景和机遇。3D printing,as a new manufacturing technology,has a broad future and development prospect,and its molding materials are the focus of development.As the most common natural polymer in nature and the main component of plant resources,lignin fibres have multiple advantages and great potential in bio-based products.The use of hemicellulose/lignin and its derivatives as bio-based raw materials for 3D printing to produce and manufacture bio-based 3D printed products has received high attention.This paper provided a review of recent advances based on hemicellulose/lignin and its derivatives as 3D printing materials,including the role and function of plant fibre-based raw materials in 3D printing.The challenges and problems in the development process of hemicellulose/lignin and its derivatives in 3D printing were also discussed,and the prospects and opportunities were described.
