摘  要:由于稀土掺杂荧光量子点材料具有发光性能优异、光吸收能力较强、化学性质较为稳定、荧光使用寿命长、荧光效率高,以及能耗低、环境友好等特征,在固态照明、平面显示、激光器件、生物成像、传感及生物检测等领域应用广泛。白光LED作为一种节能、环保、绿色照明的全固态照明光源得到广泛关注。结合本课题组对稀土荧光量子点发光材料的研究,对白光LED用稀土荧光量子点材料研究进展进行综述,并对未来发展前景和挑战进行展望。Because of their excellent luminescent properties,strong light absorption ability,relatively stable chemical properties,long fluorescence life,high fluorescence efficiency,low energy consumption,and environmental friendliness,rare earth-doped fluorescent quantum dot materials are widely used in the fields of solid-state lighting,flat panel displays,laser devices,bio-imaging,sensing,and bio-detection.White LED as an energy-saving,environmentally friendly,and green all-solid-state lighting source has gained widespread attention.Combined with the research on rare earth fluorescent quantum dot luminescent materials by our group,the paper reviewed the research progress of rare earth fluorescent quantum dot materials for white LEDs and provided an outlook on the future development prospects and challenges.
