摘 要:农业废弃物稻壳通过预处理得到稻壳纤维素,并以丙烯酸(AA)为单体,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法制备了性能优异的稻壳纤维素基高吸水树脂。探讨了反应温度、单体用量、引发剂浓度、单体中和度及交联剂用量对树脂吸水性能的影响,并采用吸水倍率测试、傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等研究了吸水树脂的性质。结果表明,制备稻壳纤维素的最佳条件为:稻壳纤维素0.8g,反应温度70℃,AA用量11mL,过硫酸钾用量0.3%,AA单体中和度为75%,交联剂MBA的用量为0.014%,制备得到的超吸水性树脂的最大吸水倍率为389g/g。Rice husk cellulose was prepared from agricultural waste rice husk by pretreatment.Using acrylic acid(AA)as the polymerization monomers,N,N′-Methylenebis-Acrylamide(MBA)as the crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate(KPS)as the initiator,rice husk cellulose based superabsorbent resin with excellent properties was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization.The effects of reaction temperature,monomer amount,initiator concentration,monomer neutralization degree and crosslinking agent amount on the water absorption of the resin were explored.The properties of water absorbent resin were studied by water absorption ratio test,Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the optimal conditions for preparing rice husk cellulose were as follows:rice husk cellulose of 0.8g,polymerization reaction temperature of 70℃,AA dosage of 11mL,potassium persulfate dosage of 1.5%,AA monomer neutralization degree of 75%,and the MBA crosslinking agent dosage of 0.014%.Under the optimal conditions,the maximum water absorption of the prepared superabsorbent resin was 389g/g.
