摘 要:传统接触式隧道限界检测技术存在精度低、效率低、适用性差等缺陷,难以满足短暂天窗时间内隧道限界高效、高质量检测的需求。激光扫描技术具有高速、高精度、抗干扰等优势,以轨道车载移动扫描的方式,能够高效准确地采集隧道轮廓的三维激光点云。基于三维点云数据,随机采样一致性拟合算法与水平射线法的综合应用实现隧道断面的逐个提取与快速侵限判别,从而实现对整个隧道的高精度侵限检测。在某地铁隧道的限界检测实例中验证了移动激光扫描技术应用于隧道限界检测的效率与精度,能够满足隧道安全高效检测的需求。The traditional contact tunnel clearance detection method has shortcomings such as low accuracy,low efficiency and poor applicability,which is hard to meet the needs of rapid and accurate detection.Laser scanning technique,with advantages of high speed,precision,interference immunity,is applied to gather 3D laser point clouds of tunnels efficiently and accurately by vehicle-borne mobile scanning.Random sampling consistency fitting algorithm and horizontal ray method are used on 3D pointcloud data to extract tunnel section and discriminate clearance intrusion successively.The application to a subway tunnel demonstrates that the mobile laser scanning technology can be used to detect the tunnel intrusion events quickly and accurately,meeting the requirements of safe and efficient tunnel clearance detection.
