摘　　要：科技作为人类改造世界的重要力量,既深刻改变着人类社会发展进程,也深刻影响着教育发展的演进机制。回顾人类文明历程,特别是自工业革命以来的科技发展与高等教育的互动关系,两者之间日益相互促进、深度融合,内蕴着教育与科技之间适应和引导的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。当前,以数据资源为关键要素的数字经济正成为新经济形态,成为影响未来经济发展走向的关键性力量,这不仅带来了人力资源需求的改变,而且深刻影响着高等教育的发展趋势。高等财经教育须主动应对数字经济带来的教育教学、科学研究、社会服务和学术话语等方面的重大挑战,着力从数字经济发展的时代要求和未来前景出发,探索学科建设的跨界融通、人才培养的交叉融合、科研高地的新型平台、改革发展的评价创新、教育治理的组织变革等实现路径,深度实施“新财经”战略,推进高等财经教育高质量发展。As an important force for mankind to transform the world,science and technology has profoundly changed the development process of human society and also profoundly affected the development and evolution mechanism of education.Looking back on the history of human civilization,especially the interactive relationship between the development of science and technology and higher education since the industrial Revolution,the two have increasingly promoted each other and deeply integrated,which contains the theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of adaptation and guidance between education and science and technology.At present,the digital economy with data resources as the key element is becoming a new economic form and a key force affecting the future economic development trend,which not only brings changes in human resource needs,but also profoundly affects the development trend of higher education.Higher financial education should take the initiative to deal with the major challenges brought by the digital economy in education,teaching,scientific research,social services and academic discourse,and focus on the requirements of The Times and future prospects of the development of the digital economy.Explore cross-border integration of discipline construction,cross-integration of talent training,new platforms for scientific research highland,evaluation and innovation of reform and development,organizational reform of education governance and other realization paths,deeply implement the "new finance and economics" strategy,and promote the high-quality development of higher finance education.
