摘　　要：目的 优选浮萍和白芷的最佳提取工艺及中药驱蚊线香的最佳制备工艺。方法 采用回流法对浮萍和白芷进行提取,以提取时间、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,干浸膏得率为评价指标,结合正交试验优选最佳提取工艺;以加水量、香粉和黏粉比例为考察因素,感官得分为评价指标,优选中药驱蚊线香的最佳制备工艺。结果 浮萍、白芷的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间40 min,提取次数2次,料液比1∶16。中药驱蚊线香的最佳制备工艺为:加水量0.5 mL/g,香粉和黏粉比例1∶3。结论 本试验确定的中药驱蚊线香制备工艺稳定可行,软硬适中、表面光滑、均匀,燃烧情况良好,香味持久且无不良气味。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Lemna minor and Angelica dahurica,as well as the preparation process of Chinese medicine mosquito repellent incense.Methods Reflux method was used to ex-tract Lemna minor and Angelica dahurica.The extraction time,extraction times and solid-liquid ratio were investiga-ted,and the yield of dry extract was evaluated by orthogonal test.The optimum preparation technology of Chinese medicine mosquito repellent incense was selected by the amount of water added,the proportion of powder and sticky powder as factors and sensory scores as evaluation indexes.Results The optimal extraction process for Lemna mi-nor and Angelica dahurica was as follows:40 minutes for each extracting,extracting 2 times,material liquid ratio 1∶16.The optimal preparation process for Chinese medicine mosquito repellent incense is:adding 0.5 mL/g of water,keeping the ratio of fragrant powder to sticky powder 1∶3.Conclusion The preparation process of Chinese medicine mosquito repellent incense confirmed in this experiment is stable and feasible,with moderate softness and hardness,smooth and uniform surface,good combustion,long-lasting fragrance,and no adverse odor.
