摘　　要：从病因病机、辨证论治、选穴原则、操作手法等方面介绍周婷主任医师运用芒针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床经验。其认为脑卒中后肩手综合征的病机为脑卒中后肢体经络痹阻、气血壅滞,不通则痛。周主任擅用芒针透刺治疗顽固痹证,主张辨证分型、分期论治,分为痰湿阻络证、脉络瘀阻证、肝肾亏虚证3种证型;其擅长芒针透刺、一针多穴,并将芒针应用于脑卒中后肩手综合征的诊疗中,临床疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。From the perspectives of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,principles of acupoint selection,and operational techniques,the paper introduces ZHOU Ting’s clinical experience in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke by acupuncture.ZHOU Ting believes that the pathogenesis of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke lies in blockage of the limbs’meridians and stasis of qi and blood,and pain is caused by ob-struction.ZHOU Ting believes differentiation and treatment by stages,which can be divided into three types:phlegm dampness obstructing collaterals,vein stasis obstructing,and liver and kidney deficiency.ZHOU Ting is skilled in treating stubborn Bi syndrome with elongated penetrating needling therapy,penetrating multiple acupoints with a single needle and applies the therapy to the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,achieving sig-nificant clinical efficacy.Attached is a typical medical record for verification.
