摘　　要：探讨孙一奎《赤水玄珠全集》的编著特点、诊治特色及其对中医学的贡献,对其中所参阅的经史方药、记录的医论医案、分享的临证经验等进行归纳、分析和探索。发现《赤水玄珠全集》辞简理博,体例新颖;注重固本培元,广纳前人学说,强调认病明证,重视对人体内景的探索。此书虽以先贤经典理论为指导,但部分学术观念超越了经典,其中的医学思想与理论成就对中医学的发展具有重要的影响。This paper discusses the compilation characteristics,diagnosis and treatment characteristics of SUN Yikui’s Complete Collection of Chishui Xuanzhu,and its contribution to traditional Chinese medicine,and summari-zes,analyzes and explores the historical prescriptions,recorded medical theories and medical cases,and shared clinical experience in the work.Complete Collection of Chishui Xuanzhu is concise and elegant with novel style,atta-ching importance to the consolidation of the foundation,widely absorbing the predecessors’theories,emphasizing the recognition of disease and its evidence,and the exploration of the human body.Although this book is guided by the classical theories of the ancients,some academic ideas exceed the classics,and the medical thoughts and theoret-ical achievements in the book have an important impact on the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
