摘  要:目的 综合评价福建云霄产不同品种的枇杷叶质量,为临床用药提供依据。方法 分别采用热浸法、紫外分光光度法(UV)及高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定枇杷叶中醇溶性浸出物、总三萜酸及5个三萜酸成分的含量;采用SPSS 22.0和SIMCA-P 14.1软件分别进行聚类分析及偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA),采用熵权逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法进行不同品种枇杷叶质量综合评价分析。结果 福建云霄产7个品种枇杷叶醇溶性浸出物含量为25.45%~31.47%,齐墩果酸和熊果酸总量为0.85%~1.18%,均符合《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》2020年版规定;总三萜酸及野鸦椿酸、山楂酸、科罗索酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸等5个三萜酸成分的含量分别为69.360~93.370,1.334~4.932,1.180~2.954,4.848~9.410,0.917~1.576,7.438~10.393 mg/g;7个品种枇杷叶组间差异明显,可聚为7类,组间质量差异的主要标记物有6个成分,其中5个为已知成分,分别是野鸦椿酸、山楂酸、科罗索酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸;7个品种枇杷叶的质量综合评价值由高到低依次为:东车钟、贵妃钟、解放钟、大钟、土钟、早钟6号及长红3号。结论 福建云霄产不同品种枇杷叶质量存在显著差异,但均具有良好的品质,其中东车钟质量较优。Objective To evaluate the quality of different varieties of Folia Eriobotryae produced in Yunxiao County of Fujian for providing basis for clinical drug selection.Methods The contents of alcohol extract,total tri-terpene acid and five triterpene acids were determined by hot leaching,UV and HPLC.SPSS 22.0 and SIMCA-P 14.1 were used to cluster analysis and partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)analysis respectively,and entropy weight technique for order preference similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method was used to eval-uate the quality.Results The alcohol extract content of seven varieties of Folia Eriobotryae produced in Yunxiao is 25.45%-31.47%,and the total amount of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid is 0.85%-1.18%,all of which com-ply with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020).The contents of total triter-penoid acid and five triterpenoid acid components,including euscaphic acid,hawthorn acid,corosolic acid,oleanolic acid,and ursolic acid,are 69.360-93.370,1.334-4.932,1.180-2.954,4.848-9.410,0.917-1.576,7.438-10.393 mg/g respectively.There are significant differences among the 7 varieties of Folia Eriobotryae,which can be clustered into 7 categories.The main markers of quality differences between groups are 6 components,of which 5 are known,namely euscaphic acid,hawthorn acid,corosolic acid,oleanolic acid,and ursolic acid.The com-prehensive evaluation values of the quality of seven varieties of Folia Eriobotryae are ranked in descending order:Dongchezhong,Guifeizhong,Jiefangzhong,Dazhong,Tuzhong,Zaozhong 6,and Changhong 3.Conclusion The quality of Folia Eriobotryae varies among different varieties produced in Yunxiao,Fujian,but they all have good quality,with Dongchezhong being the best.
