江苏省常州地区犬冠状病毒病的流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：本研究采集常州地区3家宠物医院106例犬粪便和肛拭子,经胶体金和RT-PCR鉴定共检出45例犬冠状病毒(CCV)阳性病例,阳性检出率达到42.45%。对发病月份以及发病月龄进行统计学分析发现,1-3月龄幼犬属于CCV高发群体,阳性检出率可达44.44%;发病月份主要集中在冬春两季(10月~次年3月),发病率合计86.67%。感染犬常表现肠道症状,临床主要可见以腹泻为主。未经接种疫苗或者疫苗接种程序不完全的犬感染CCV概率远高于接种完成的犬。调查结果表明,常州地区宠物犬对犬冠状病毒病的感染率较高,需引起足够的重视。In this study,106 canine feces and anal swabs were collected from 3 pet hospitals in Changzhou area.A total of 45 canine coronavirus-positive cases were identified by colloidal gold and RT-PCR.The positive detection rate reached 42.45%.Statistical analysis of the month of onset and month of onset showed that puppies at the age of 1-3 months belonged to the group with a high incidence of CCV,and the positive detection rate could reach 44.44%;the onset months were mainly concentrated in winter and spring(October to March).The total incidence rate is 86.67%.Infected dogs often show intestinal symptoms such as diarrhea.Dogs that have not been vaccinated or have incomplete vaccination procedures are more likely to be infected with CCV than dogs that have been vaccinated.The survey results show that pet dogs in Changzhou have a high infection rate of canine coronavirus disease,which requires adequate attention.
