摘 要:为摸清上海犬流感流行情况,共采集803份流浪犬血清和790份宠物犬血清,通过犬流感感染抗体ELISA检测,流浪犬阳性率18.31%,宠物犬阳性率为7.22%;同时,采集816份流浪犬鼻拭和252份宠物犬鼻拭,通过犬流感核酸PCR检测,流浪犬阳性率20.1%,宠物犬阳性率为0.79%。通过对宠物犬主开展调查问卷获知宠物犬饲养习惯,结合犬流感流行病学特征,开展释放、暴露、后果评估,认为本地流浪犬及外地引进犬是上海地区犬流感传播的重要风险因素,应该在减少犬流感病毒通过引进宠物犬进入的同时,控制流浪犬中犬流感流行率,提高市民文明养犬意识,减少病毒传播途径,提升诊疗水平,各部门多方位合作,保障城市公共卫生安全。In order to analyze the prevalence of canine influenza in Shanghai,a total of serum samples from 803 stray dogs and 790 pet dogs were collected and tested by canine influenza antibody ELISA.The seroprevalence among stray dogs and pet dogs was 18.31% and 7.22% respectively.Additionally,nasal swabs from 816 stray dogs and 252 pet dogs were collected and tested by canine influenza nucleic acid PCR.The positive rate among stray dogs and pet dogs was 20.1% and 0.79% respectively.Through the survey of pet dog owners,we learned about their feeding habits.Combined with the epidemiological characteristics of canine influenza,release assessment,exposure assessment and consequence assessment was carried out.Local stray dogs and exotic dogs are considered as important risk factors for the transmission of canine influenza in Shanghai.Therefore,except inhibiting the transmission of canine influenza virus among exotic dogs,we should also control the spread of canine influenza among local stray dogs,improve civilized dog-raising awareness,cut off transmission routes,improve the capability of diagnosis and treatment,and coordinate multiple-ministerial cooperation to ensure urban public health security.
