摘　　要：目的 了解2022年四川省0-6岁儿童麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎(流腮)抗体水平。方法 采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法抽取四川省10个县(市、区)0-6岁儿童,检测血清麻疹、风疹和流腮IgG抗体,分析抗体阳性率。结果 共调查1 448名0-6岁儿童,麻疹、风疹和流腮IgG抗体阳性率分别为81.35%、69.68%和78.11%。0-7月龄、8-17月龄、18-23月龄、2岁、3岁、4岁和5-6岁儿童麻疹抗体阳性率分别为29.71%、74.18%、100%、98.71%、95.60%、91.49%和87.61%,风疹抗体阳性率分别为13.14%、66.03%、95.65%、90.56%、88.46%、78.72%和64.10%,流腮抗体阳性率分别为23.43%、66.30%、87.83%、96.57%、93.41%、92.20%和94.02%。结论 调查地区0-6岁儿童麻疹、风疹和流腮总抗体水平低于群体免疫阈值,实施2剂次麻腮风联合疫苗免疫程序后使18月龄-4岁儿童维持在较高抗体水平。需加强入托入学儿童接种查验和疫苗补种工作。Objective To determine measles,rubella,and mumps antibody levels among 0-6-year-old children in Sichuan province in 2022.Methods We used a stratified,multistage cluster random sampling method to select 10 counties/districts of Sichuan and tested sera for IgG antibodies against measles,rubella,and mumps to determine seropositivity.Results Among 1 448 children 0-6 years of age,positivity rates of IgG antibodies against measles,rubella,and mumps were 81.35%,69.68%,and 78.11%,respectively.Among 0-7-month-olds,8-17-month-olds,18-23-month-olds,2-year-olds,3-year-olds,4-year-olds,and 5-6-year-olds,positivity rates of IgG antibodies against measles were 29.71%,74.18%,100%,98.71%,95.60%,91.49%,and 87.61%;against rubella were 13.14%,66.03%,95.65%,90.56%,88.46%,78.72%,and 64.10%;and against mumps were 23.43%,66.30%,87.83%,96.57%,93.41%,92.20%,and 94.02%.Conclusions The overall measles,rubella,and mumps antibody levels were below herd immunity thresholds among children 0-6 years of age in the surveyed areas.Children aged 18 months to 4 years had high antibody levels due to the two-dose immunization schedule with measles,mumps,and rubella combined vaccines.We should enhance vaccination inspection and catch-up vaccination for kindergarten and school entry children.
