摘　　要：目的了解江西省急性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)流行病学特征。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2005-2022年江西省急性乙肝病例报告数据,描述性分析急性乙肝发病率和流行特征。结果2005-2022年江西省共报告急性乙肝35961例,年均报告发病率(/10万,下同)为4.45,报告发病率在2022年的1.58(712例)至2007年的9.22(3999例)之间;2005-2012年、2013-2022年年均报告发病率分别为7.00(24565例)、2.49(11396例)。0-14岁、15-29岁、30-44岁、45-59岁、≥60岁人群年均报告发病率分别为0.94(1588例)、6.59(12186例)、6.30(12516例)、4.31(6545例)、3.05(3126例)。结论2005-2022年江西省急性乙肝发病水平总体呈下降趋势,儿童急性乙肝得到有效控制,建议加强成人特别是青壮年人群乙肝免疫预防工作。Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of acute hepatitis B in Jiangxi province.Methods We obtained data on acute hepatitis B incidences during 2005-2022 in Jiangxi from the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System and analyzed incidences and epidemiological characteristics using descriptive epidemiological method.Results In total,35961 acute hepatitis B cases were reported in Jiangxi from 2005 to 2022,yielding an average annual incidence of 4.45 per 100000 population.Reported incidences per 100000 by year ranged from 1.58(712 cases)in 2022 to 9.22(3999 cases)in 2007.The average annual incidence per 100000 was 7.00(24565 cases)in 2005-2012 and 2.49(11396 cases)in 2013-2022.Incidences per 100000 for 0-14-,15-29-,30-44-,45-59-,and≥60-year-olds were 0.94(1588 cases),6.59(12186 cases),6.30(12516 cases),4.31(6545 cases),and 3.05(3126 cases),respectively.Conclusions The incidence of acute hepatitis B in Jiangxi decreased from 2005 to 2022;acute hepatitis B was effectively controlled among children.We suggest strengthening hepatitis B immunoprophylaxis for adults,especially young adults.
