摘　　要：目的分析江苏省儿童水痘疫苗(Varicella vaccine,VarV)接种率和疑似预防接种反应(Adverse event following immunization,AEFI)发生率。方法通过江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统和中国AEFI监测信息系统收集江苏省2022年1-6岁儿童VarV接种信息和2021-2022年VarV AEFI信息,分析第1剂次和第2剂次VarV(VarV_(1)和VarV_(2))接种率以及AEFI发生率。结果研究对象VarV_(1)、VarV_(2)接种率分别为63.35%、48.12%;VarV_(1)接种率从1岁的76.30%下降至6岁的49.20%,VarV_(2)接种率从4岁的52.23%下降至6岁的44.85%。VarV AEFI总报告发生率为46.83/10万剂(1027例),其中一般反应、异常反应分别为44.91/10万剂(985例)、1.60/10万剂(35例)。在不良反应中,局部红肿、局部硬结、发热、过敏性皮疹报告发生率分别为27.45/10万剂(602例)、5.70/10万剂(125例)、4.65/10万剂(102例)、1.55/10万剂(34例),无严重反应报告。结论江苏省1-6岁儿童VarV接种率总体较低,VarV不良反应发生率在预期范围内。建议对易感儿童进行VarV补种,加强VarV AEFI监测。Objective To analyze coverage of varicella vaccine(VarV)among children and the incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)with VarV in Jiangsu province.Methods We obtained data on VarV vaccination of children 1-6 years of age in 2022 and VarV AEFI reports in 2021-2022 in Jiangsu from the Jiangsu Vaccination Information Management System and the Chinese AEFI Information Management System to calculate coverage levels of the first and second doses of VarV(VarV1 and VarV2)and the incidence of AEFIs.Results The coverage levels of VarV1 and VarV2 were 63.35%and 48.12%,respectively.VarV1 coverage decreased from 76.30%in 1-year-olds to 49.20%in 6-year-olds,with VarV2 coverage decreasing from 52.23%in 4-year-olds to 44.85%in 6-year-olds.The overall incidence of reported VarV AEFIs per 100000 doses was 46.83(1027 cases),with 44.91(985 cases)and 1.60(35 cases)for common and rare adverse reactions,respectively.Incidences per 100000 doses for adverse reactions of local redness/swelling,local induration,fever,and allergic rash were 27.45(602 cases),5.70(125 cases),4.65(102 cases),and 1.55(34 cases).No serious reactions were reported.Conclusions The overall VarV coverage was low among children 1-6 years of age,and the incidence of VarV adverse reactions was acceptable in Jiangsu.We suggest catch-up VarV vaccination for eligible children and strengthening VarV AEFI surveillance.
