民族药肺经草的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立肺经草的质量标准,为肺经草的质量控制及合理开发利用提供科学的评价标准和依据。方法:采用经验、显微鉴别方法对11批样品性状、显微特征进行描述;对药材粉末进行薄层鉴别,检查药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物;以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度计于500nm波长处测定肺经草中总黄酮含量、槲皮素含量。结果:薄层鉴别方法专属性强,11批肺经草药材与对照药材在相同位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;规定水分含量在14.00%以下,总灰分在20.00%以下,酸不溶灰分在4.00%以下,水热浸法浸出物在15.00%以上,总黄酮含量不得低于2.00%,11批药材槲皮素含量平均值均小于千分之一,故不纳入标准。结论:全面考察了肺经草的各项质量指标,能有效评价肺经草的质量。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Feijingcao and provide scientific evaluation standard and basis for the quality control and rational development and utilization of Feijingcao.Method:The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of 11 Feijingcao samples from different habitats were observed and described.Thin-layer identification was carried out on medicinal powder.The moisture measuring,total ash,and acid-insoluble ashes and extracts were investigated.The content of total flavonoids and quercetin in Feijingcao were detected by the ultraviolet(UV) spectrophotometer at 500 nm with rutin as the reference substance.Result:the TLC identification method was highly specific.11 samples from different habitats presented the spots of the same colors with the control chromatogram at the corresponding position.The water content was less than 14.00%.The total ash content was less than 20.00%.The acid insoluble ash content was under 4.00%.Ethanol soluble extraction was above15.00%,and the total flavonoids content shall not be less than 2.00%.The average content of quercetin in 11 batches of medicinal materials was less than one thousandth,so it was not included in the standard.Conclusion:The quality indexes of Feijingcao are investigated comprehensively,and the quality of Feijingcao can be evaluated effectively.
