摘　　要：易黄汤出自于清代著名医家傅青主所著《傅青主女科》,数百年来该方在临床广泛应用,尤其是在妇科炎症性疾病中。妇科疾病由于受女性生理特点的影响存在发病率和复发率较高的特点,虽然现代医学的迅猛发展为该病带来了很多新的希望,但同时耐药性的发生以及部分药物存在较多的毒副作用。现代研究表明,易黄汤在治疗妇科疾病中无论是单独应用还是联合西药治疗均可收获良效。现将易黄汤在妇科疾病中的临床应用做一综述,以供大家学习探讨。Yihuang Decoction originated from FU Qing-zhu,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty.For hundreds of years,this formula has been widely applied in clinical practice,especially in gynecological inflammatory diseases.Due to the influence of female physiological characteristics,gynecological diseases have a higher incidence and recurrence rate.Although modern medicine has brought new hope for this disease with its rapid development,the occurrence of drug resistance and the presence of significant side effects in some drugs remain challenges.Modern research shows that Yihuang Decoction can achieve good results in the treatment of gynecological diseases whether it is used alone or combined with western medicine.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the clinical application of Yihuang Decoction in gynecological diseases for study and discussion.
