武钢8号高炉强化冶炼若干参数调控规律初探

摘  要:基于武钢8号高炉4年高产条件下的操作数据,重点对富氧率、理论燃烧温度、炉腹煤气量指数、透气性阻力系数和边沿气流指数等参数的调控规律进行了探讨。8号高炉生产实践表明,当富氧率≤7.5%,理论燃烧温度控制在2330±20℃,炉腹煤气量指数控制在62~68m/min,透气性阻力系数K值≤2.80,边沿气流指数W值控制在0.4~0.7时,有利于维持炉况稳定,达到高产目标。认为每座高炉都可以在操作中找到符合自身条件的调控规律,及时调整操作参数,可维持炉况的长期稳定顺行。Based on the 4 year's operation data of WISCO No.8 BF working with high production,it is discussed the adjustment and control rules of the furnace parameters,such as oxygen enrichment rate,theoretical combustion temperature,belly gas volume index,permeability resistance coefficient and edge gas index.The actual production result of the furnace shows that the furnace operates stably and achieves high output when the oxygen enrichment rate is≤7.5%,the theoretical combustion temperature is controlled at 2330±20℃,the belly gas volume index stabilizes at 62-68m/min,the permeability resistance coefficient(K)is≤2.80,and the edge gas flow index(W)remains at 0.4-0.7.It is believed that dedicated adjustment and control rules of the parameters,which is suitable for the individual furnace,can be figured out during the operation,and duly adjustment of the furnace operating parameters can promote long-term stable and smooth running of the furnace.
