摘  要:安钢2号高炉因软水供水总管焊缝突然爆裂被迫紧急休风,导致铜冷却壁水管断裂发生大量漏水,最终造成炉内积存大量渣铁、风口前黏结4m厚渣铁层的炉缸冻结事故。炉缸冻结的处理过程分为休风处理风口铁口阶段和送风恢复炉况阶段。在送风阶段,为加快炉况恢复,采用了打破常规的炉内操作综合调整手段,主要操作特点是富氧快、富氧率高,喷煤快,开风口快,分批、集中、足量加入净焦,送风后仅用4天多的时间,炉况基本恢复正常,并实现了风口零烧漏。Anyang Steel No.2 BF is blown down in emergency due to unexpected burst of the soft water supply main pipe at the weld,breakage of the water pipe of the copper cooling stave and leakage of large amount of water,which lead to accumulation of large amount of hot metal and slag in the furnace and formation of 4m thick layer of frozen hot metal and slag in the hearth near the tuyere.The trouble shooting procedure consists of two steps:(1)handling of the problem at the tuyere and taphole;(2)reblowing on and reinstatement of furnace condition.To speed up reinstatement of furnace condition,the adjustment operationwhich are different from the conventional comprehensive adjustment of furnace operation are implemented in the process of reblowing on,and it is characterized by quick oxygen enrichment,high oxygen enrichment rate,quick coal injection and tuyere blasting,in addition,the net coke is charged in the ways of batch,concentration and sufficient amount respectively.Less than 5 days after reblowing on,the furnace condition goes back to normal without any tuyere burnt-out.
