摘　　要：对唐钢新区1号高炉高比例球团矿冶炼实践进行了总结。针对不同比例球团矿冶炼的炉况,采取了相应的操作调整:①球团矿配加比例在30%~40%,操作炉型变化明显,煤气流不稳定,操作调整上应充分考虑发展两股气流,保证高炉稳定顺行;②球团矿配加比例初步固定在40%时,因操作炉型改变,需摸索调整装料制度,适应炉况的变化;③球团矿配加比例稳定在40%后,装料制度需以拓宽、稳定焦炭平台为主,发展两股气流,适当提高燃料比,以保证高炉煤气流稳定。The smelting practice under high percentage of pellets in No.1 BF of Tanggang New Area is summarized.Different operational adjustments are implemented to match the furnace smelting condition under different percentages of pellets:(1)as the percentage of the pellets is 30%-40%,the operating furnace profile changes greatly and the gas flow becomes unstable,thus the operational adjustment should focus on the smoothening both the center gas and edge gas flow to ensure stable and smooth running of the furnace;(2)when the percentage just reaches 40% and the operating furnace profile does not change,a suitable adjustment of the charging system should be figured out to adapt to the change of furnace condition;(3)after the percentage stabilizes at 40%,the adjustment of the charging system should focus on widening and stabilizing the coke platform,smoothening both the center gas and edge gas flow,and appropriately increasing the fuel rate to ensure the stability of the gas flow.
