摘 要:基于西昌钢钒1750m^(3)高炉冷态布料试验研究,明确了高球比条件下的布料特性,即降低球团矿配比和增加中心焦炭量,可以降低高炉中心的焦炭负荷。在球团矿比例提高的过程中,通过采取上下部协同调节措施,如拉宽矿石平台宽度、抑制边沿的布料制度,适当增加鼓风动能、活跃高炉中心,并在炉渣(TiO_(2))增加时适当降低(Al_(2)0_(3))、提高镁铝比等,高炉技术经济指标明显改善,3号高炉燃料比降低了31.7kg/t。在处理炉况异常时,形成了“开放中心、降低球比、降环布料以稳定炉况;发展边沿、增环布料、增加风量以恢复炉况”的操作思路,并取得了较好的成效。A cold test of burden distribution is carried out in a 1750m^(3)BF of Xichang Steel&Vanadium,through which,the distribution characteristics of the furnace operating with of high pellet ratio is figured out,i.e.it is possible to reduce the coke load in the furnace center by decreasing the pellet percentage and increasing the amount of coke charged in the furnace center.In the process of increasing the pellet percentage,coordinated conditioning of the charging and blasting operationis carried out,such as widening the ore plaform,suppressing the peripheral gas flow,appropriately increasing the blast kinetic energy,activating the furnace center,properly reducing(Al_(2)O_(3))content when the(TiO_(2))content in the slag is rising,increasing the magnesium-aluminum ratio,etc.These measures improve the techno-economicindicators greatly with the fuel rate of the furnace dropped by 31.7kg/t.In the process of dealing with the furnace abnormality,an operation concept is developed,i.e."channelizing the center gas flow,decreasing the pellet percentage,and lowering the point of ring distribution to stabilize the furnace condition;and developing the peripheral gas flow,heightening the point of ring distribution and increasing the blast flowrate to restore the furnace conditions",and implementation of this concept achieves good production result of the furnace.
