摘  要:马钢1号高炉原配置4座新日铁外燃式热风炉,因存在漏风等问题,且已接近原设计使用寿命,从2021年开始,对现有的4座外燃式热风炉逐座在线改造为顶燃式热风炉。通过对外燃式热风炉特点、国内热风炉技术发展趋势、国外改造案例、技术性能指标等方面的调研分析,马钢1号高炉热风炉大修改造采用卡卢金顶燃式热风炉方案。采用了更换炉壳和蓄热室扩径、L形垂直热风支管、每座热风炉设置混风管等工艺设计,最大程度地提高热风炉的供热能力,保证安全性、合理性和先进性。改造后热风炉风温1240~1270℃,达到国内外同级别高炉热风炉先进水平。Masteel No.1 BF was equipped with 4 external combustion hot stoves of Nippon Steel design,and these 4 stoves have been transformed on-line to top combustion stoves one by one at different times since 2021 due to the problem of blast pipe leakage and upcoming expiration of the original designed service life.By studying and analyzing the characteristics of the external combustion hot stove,the technical development trend of the domestic hot stoves,the transformation results and the technical performance indexes of the overseas hot stoves,the solution of Kalujin top combustion hot stove is selected for the said stove transformation,where the transformation process design involves in the change of stove shell,enlargement of the regeneration chamber,adoption of L type vertical tuyere stock,and installation of air mixing pipe for each stove.Such a technical transformation maximizes the blast supply capacity of the stoves,and guarantees the stove safety,reasonality and advanced level.The blast temperature of the transformed hot stoves reaches 1240℃ to 1270℃,manifesting the leading position of the said stoves among the similar sized hot stoves home and abroad.
