摘  要:球形二氧化硅微粉是一种无机非金属材料,其具有耐腐蚀、化学性能稳定、分散性好、热膨胀系数低、导热系数低等优点,在大规模集成电路封装、航空航天、化妆品、树脂复合材料、橡胶等领域得到了广泛的应用。经过近几年的发展,球形二氧化硅微粉行业的质量基础设施得到了进一步的发展,标准化、检验检测、质量管理、知识产权等工作取得了一定的进展,但还不够完善。只有构建相关标准体系,才能推动检验检测工作的开展,才能助推球形二氧化硅微粉行业规范化发展。Spherical silica micropowder is an inorganic non-metallic material that has advantages such as corrosion resistance,stable chemical properties,good dispersibility,low thermal expansion coefficient,and low thermal conductivity.It has been widely used in fields such as large-scale integrated circuit packaging,aerospace,cosmetics,resin composite materials,rubber,etc.After recent years of development,the quality infrastructure of the spherical silica micro powder industry has been further developed.There has been some progress in standardization,inspection and testing,quality management,intellectual property,and other work,but it is not yet perfect.Only by establishing a relevant standard system can we promote the development of inspection and testing work and promote the standardized development of the spherical silica micro powder industry.
