摘　　要：化工产业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,为社会带来经济效益的同时,也对自然环境及人类的身体健康带来了危害,这对化工安全生产与环境保护提出了挑战。文章就化工安全生产与环境保护的意义作了简要分析,并从行业管理体制、从业者业务水平、企业技术设备3个方面分析了当前化工安全生产与环境保护面临的问题,最后从生产、技术、宣传、制度及专业化5个层面针对化工安全与环保措施进行了探讨。As the pillar industry of China’s national economy,the chemical industry not only brings economic benefits to the society,but also brings harm to the natural environment and human health,which poses a challenge to the safety of chemical production and environmental protection.This paper briefly analyzes the significance of chemical safety production and environmental protection,and analyzes the current problems of chemical safety production and environmental protection from three aspects:industry management system,practitioners'professional level,and enterprise technology and equipment.Finally,the measures of chemical safety and environmental protection are discussed from five aspects:production,technology,publicity,system and specialization.
