摘  要:文章针对某电厂环评报告内审会议纪要,对2×1 170 t/h煤粉锅炉掺烧造纸污泥进行了燃烧计算,核算了掺烧造纸污泥后燃煤量、烟气量变化情况,并对掺烧污泥后锅炉本体、除尘、脱硫、脱硝系统,是否新上活性炭喷射装置等进行了全面分析,得出了掺烧200 t/d造纸污泥,不会对锅炉及其辅助系统产生显著影响,锅炉及其辅助系统无需进行改造的结论。In view of the minutes of the internal audit meeting of a power plant’s environmental impact assessment report,this paper calculates the combustion of 2×1170 t/h pulverized coal boiler mixed with papermaking sludge,calculates the changes of coal combustion and flue gas volume after doping papermaking sludge,and comprehensively analyzes the boiler body,dust removal,desulfurization,denitration system,and whether the activated carbon injection device is newly installed after sludge doping,and concludes that the 200 t/d papermaking sludge will not have a significant impact on the boiler and its auxiliary system,and the boiler and its auxiliary system do not need to be modified.
