摘　　要：国家能源集团宁夏煤业公司煤制油分公司气化厂因煤气化装置的生产规模大,每天都存在1台或2台气化炉检修,直接作业环节安全管控的压力大、难度高,安全风险高。为此,气化厂提出直接作业环节管理“七要素”,系统性地实施直接作业环节安全管理,确保直接作业环节安全风险受控。Due to the large production scale of coal gasification devices,one or two gasifiers are overhauled every day in Coal to Liquid Branch,Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd..The pressure of safety control in the direct operation link is high,the difficulty is high,and the safety risk is high.Therefore,the Gasification Plant proposes the“seven elements”of direct operation link management to systematically implement the safety management in the direct operation link,and ensure that the safety risk in the direct operation link is controlled.
