摘  要:文章探究了由DTTA与PPA闭环反应制备喹吖啶酮颜料的一种连续进料、出料新工艺,对设备参数、原料比例、反应时间、反应温度进行了详细研究,优化出由DTTA连续合成喹吖啶酮颜料的适宜工艺条件,喹吖啶酮颜料PR122的收率达到96%以上。连续法合成喹吖啶酮颜料PR122具有操作简单、运行稳定、生产效率高、收率高等优点,可以进行工业化应用推广。In this paper,a new continuous feeding and discharging process for preparing quinone acridone pigment by closed loop reaction of DTTA and PPA was investigated.A detailed study was conducted on equipment parameters,raw material ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,and discharge method.The optimum process conditions for the continuous synthesis of quinone acridone pigments from DTTA were optimized.The yield of quinone acridone pigment PR122 was over 96%.The continuous synthesis of PR122 has advantages such as simple operation,stable operation,high production efficiency,and high yield.It can be promoted for industrial application.
