摘 要:该文针对贵州苞谷山瓦斯电站机组当前控制系统存在的问题,提出基于西门子S7-1200的瓦斯电站机组自动化升级改造方案。该方案包括硬件升级、远程集控系统升级、就地控制系统升级和煤矿供热水系统监测升级等内容。通过项目的实施,解决电站的远程集控和自动化控制,有效提高电站的运行效率和安全性,同时为后期数字化升级打下基础。该升级改造项目的研究实施也可以为其他煤炭企业的瓦斯电站机组自动化控制系统的升级改造提供参考和借鉴,具有良好的推广意义。In view of the problems existing in the current control system of Baogushan gas power station in Guizhou,this paper puts forward an automatic upgrading scheme of gas power station unit based on Siemens S7-1200.The scheme includes hardware upgrade,remote centralized control system upgrade,local control system upgrade and coal mine hot water supply system monitoring upgrade.Through the implementation of the project,it solves the remote centralized control and automatic control of the power station,effectively improves the operation efficiency and safety of the power plant,and lays the foundation for the later digital upgrade.The research and implementation of the upgrading project can also provide reference for the upgrading of automatic control system of gas power station units in other coal enterprises,which has good popularizing significance.
